RAINERI CONSTRUCTION NAMED PRIME CONTRACTOR FOR $2 MILLION REDEVELOPMENT IN HYDE PARK

St. Louis-based Raineri Construction has been named prime contractor for a $2 million residential redevelopment now underway in the 2000 block of Mallinckrodt St. in the Hyde Park neighborhood of St. Louis.

The project will yield four fully renovated single-family detached homes and four renovated townhomes upon completion. Raineri is restoring the circa 1890’s structures in accord with Missouri State Historic Preservation guidelines and equipping them with new electric, sewer and HVAC systems, windows and roofs.

The project is being developed by Clayton, Mo.-based Blue Shutters Development, Inc.

MISSOURI WOMEN IN TRADES ELECTS RAINERI AS TREASURER

Missouri Women in Trades (MOWIT) has elected Ashley Raineri as treasurer of the board of directors. Raineri serves as the director of finance and human resources for Raineri Construction, a St. Louis, Mo.-based construction firm.

MOWIT is a newly formed non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the professional and personal empowerment of women through careers in the construction trades.

Raineri also serves as the treasurer on the board of directors for the Macklind Business District.

Raineri Construction Promotes Pals to Director of Field Operations

Steve Pals has been promoted to director of field operations at Raineri Construction. Making the announcement was Anthony Raineri, director of business development for the St. Louis, Mo.-based construction firm.In his new position, Pals will oversee all field operations and superintendents. Pals joined Raineri in 2006 as a field superintendent.

Steele Joins Raineri Construction as Chief Estimator

Fred Steele has joined Raineri Construction as chief estimator. Making the announcement was Anthony Raineri, director of business development for
the St. Louis, Mo.-based construction firm. In his new position, Steele will estimate pre-construction budgets for selected projects. Prior to joining Raineri Construction, Steele operated his own business for nine years.
Before that, Steele was an estimator/project manager for Hensley Construction and a project manager for McCarthy Construction.
