Prime contracting

When selected as a prime contractor, Raineri provides turn-key, start-to-finish leadership of a building program. In overseeing budget, schedule and jobsite coordination, Raineri seeks to represent the interests of its client as if the project was its own.
Clients are free to choose the contractual terms under which Raineri is retained: design/build; negotiated; or hard bid.
