Raineri Construction hosts Ground Breaking in Dogtown Neighborhood for Hibernia Apartments

Raineri Construction & Pearl Companies hosted the groundbreaking ceremony for Hibernia Apartments on March 1st.

St. Louis, MO – March 6, 2018– Raineri Construction is proud to present photos from the ground breaking ceremony for the Hibernia Apartments. Raineri is acting General Contractor on the project with Pearl Companies as the developer.

A new construction project located on Clayton Road at the site of the former Forest Park Lumber Yard in the Dogtown Neighborhood. This project consists of 100 apartments varying from 1-2 bedroom. Fields Foods, who is currently located in the Lafayette Square neighborhood, has been selected as the retail tenant anchor. Structured below grade parking will be constructed to serve the apartment tenants and retail customers. Tenant amenities include a community Room, workout room, dog wash station, bocce court & private interior access to Fields Foods below.

In Attendance was St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson, Ward 24 Alderman Scott Ogilvie, Brad Richie & Jeff Tegethoff with Pearl Companies, Chris Goodson with Fields Foods, Tony Raineri, Dean Bantz, Brian Moore, & Brian Hansen with Raineri Construction. Among other local dignitaries in attendance, there were also community members, financial lenders, and other local business owners.
